Junior manager Michi has not only worked at the world-famous 'Noma' in Copenhagen, with Johann Lafer, and at the Mandarin Oriental in Bangkok, but has also been an Austrian culinary master since 2016 and, since 2018, a Culinary World Cup winner as part of the Austrian national culinary team. Alongside him: Head chefs Jürgen Mathoy and Oliver Mijic. Both masters of their craft and highly motivated in their work. Ollis career includes stints at Heston Blumenthal’s 'Dinner' (2 Michelin stars) in London.
Jürgen is the backbone of the two chefs and has led the kitchen at the Central since 2012, always creating new culinary masterpieces.
The result of their masterful 'whims' is always a gourmet adventure that guests love to savor. From classic French to experimental & Nordic, the guys cook what they enjoy. And of course, everything is freshly prepared every day.

We love and live what we do. Our head chef Jürgen has been leading the kitchen at the Central since 2012, Olli has been part of the kitchen leadership team since 2018, and Michi was practically born over the stove.
