“You should never offer your guests something you haven’t tried yourself” – under this motto, Hotel Central landlord and seasoned mountain biker, Harry Ploner, has been out and about on his racing bike preparing tours since last year and at each junction now asks himself: “Mountain bike or racing bike?” To prepare for next season, he is taking his racing bike with him to Majorca in May – his aim is to get fit for the biking season, whether on or off road.
