Schotter, enge Kurven, ruppige Trails - hinauf Top, herunter Flop? Nicht nach unserem Fahrtechnikkurs mit Stefan HERRMANN und seinem Fahrtechnikteam der Mountain-bike-academy.
Der Kurs wird unter dem Motto "Fahrtechnik für Alpenüberquerer" geführt – ist aber für jeden der sicherer auf dem Bike unterwegs sein will, empfehlenswert!
Schedule:
First, you will learn and build on the basics:
- Balance
- Braking
- Vision management
- Cornering technique
- Overcoming obstacles
- Riding uphill
- Shifting the centre of gravity
- Agile riding
- etc.
You will then put the basics into practice on the mountain bike routes, sometimes using the lifts to help you. Video analyses help to internalise the movement sequences even better.
4-day riding technique seminar with the MTB Academy of Stefan Herrmann
