“Mountain Bike Holidays” has developed quality standards for bike regions. Member regions, such as Nauders, that fulfil the criteria for these special standards are awarded the “approved bike area 2011” seal of approval.

Criteria for the quality standards for bike regions:

 

• At least 20 prepared tours
• Tours of different difficulties
• Detailed mountain bike information on the region’s website
• Free mountain bike information
• Expert advice on all aspects of mountain biking
• Bike hire, workshop, shop
• Bike transport by public transport or cable cars

 

All "approved bike areas" are certificated according to the quality standards of "Mountain Bike Holidays" by Q-MTS®, the German industry norm (DIN) EN ISO 9001:2008.

More than 1,400 km of bike tours in the tri-border region of Austria, Switzerland and Italy, professionally prepared and signposted and all starting from the front door of the hotel – this is what makes Nauders a biking Mecca.

 

Instead of boring tours along narrow valley paths, you have panoramic tours around Lake Reschen, which can be as long or as short as you like. This guarantees maximum enjoyment for bikers of all abilities.

 

After the bike tour, you can relax in the Hotel Central pool and spa area. In the evening, enjoy a superb light 4-course evening meal with a wide selection of salad (of course, with lots of pasta as a starter) and build up your strength for the next long biking day in the tri-border region.
